Yummy Cupcakes – the popular Los Angeles-based bakeshop known for its menu of 300+ flavors of gourmet cupcakes and cupcake treats, will offer four Thanksgiving-inspired flavors, each incorporating a traditional Turkey-day ingredient.
Each recipe was developed by Executive Pastry Chef Tiffini Soforenko exclusively for the Yummy Cupcakes brand. Known as the ‘Mad Scientist’ of baking because of her artisanal, trend-setting flavor pairings – think Mango Lime Chili & Salt and Bacon Breakfast Bonanza – Soforenko’s recipes are made fresh from scratch daily using only high-quality, fresh ingredients.

MARSHMALLOW YAM
Fresh yam cupcake filled with marshmallow “Fluff,” frosted with a brown sugar buttercream and topped with a sprinkling of toasted marshmallows and candied walnuts.

TURKEY GRAVY CRANBERRY
Savory and sweet cupcake seasoned with Thanksgiving gravy (right into the batter!), then filled with a fresh cranberry relish and topped with a cranberry cream-cheese frosting.

LIME JELL-O
Cupcake flavored with fresh lime zest, filled with “jiggley” lime green JELL-O and topped with homemade lime whipped cream.

PUMPKIN PIE
All of the things you love about Pumpkin Pie are reimagined in this seasonal treat from Yummy Cupcakes. A pumpkin cupcake centered with homemade whipped cream, then topped with pumpkin cream cheese and a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
Yummy Cupcake’s Thanksgiving offerings are available now at its Los Angeles locations (Burbank, Brentwood and Santa Monica) for $3.25 – $3.50/ea. and can be ordered in advance by calling the bakeshops directly.
