Stephanie Sanders, the corporate mixologist for W Los Angeles – Westwood has created some delicious new cocktails just for the Spring! Both refreshing and delicious, these two cocktails are the perfect way to celebrate this beautiful time of year.
Sweet Tart
In a shaker glass:
1.5 oz Stoli Vanilla
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 bar spoon full of Strawberry Jam
Add ice, shake well and strain into a Highball, filled with ice about 3/4 to the top
Fill the rest with Champagne
Garnish with a Lemon Twist

Cranberry Daiquiri
2 oz Mount Gay
1 oz Elderflower syrup
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Muddled Tarragon
Combine in a Shaker and strain into a Rocks Glass with shaved ice
Garnish with a lime wheel and tarragon sprig
