GLAAD Brazilian Carnival – NYC

New York – Last night over 600 guests came out for the GLAAD Brazilian Carnival to the 20th Floor Rooftop Garden at 230 5th Avenue for the celebration of marriage equality. GLAAD, together with FV Events, threw a bash in the middle of New York City like no carnival you have ever seen before. Presented by Delta and ROKK Vodka, celebrities were able to take to the ‘ROKK blue carpet’ before they entered the carnival to start the celebration. Once inside you could find samba dancers, live percussion, and carnival inspired performances. A live performance by vocal sensation Shontelle topped off the evening. What a night!

Special guests in attendance included Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, and Simon van Kempen (Real Housewives of NYC), Lance Bass, Lisa Lampanelli, designers Jonathan Adler and Simon Doonan, cast members from The A-List: New York, and the list goes on…
