1 part Reyka Vodka
1 part ROOT Liqueur
½ part Sassafras & Sarsaparilla Syrup
¼ part Lemon Juice
1/8 part Hudson Rye/Averna Amaro Blend (1:1)
Top Maine Root Ginger Beer or Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker except ginger beer. Shake, serve in Collins glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon wheel.

Sassafras & Sarsaparilla Syrup 4 cups water to 4 cups sugar. Add 1/3 cup sassafras & 1/3 cup sarsaparilla in a pot and heat. After mix is complete, add 2 Tablespoons of Root Beer Extract.

Reyka Vodka is an Icelandic born vodka and provides a smooth and crisp base for both complex and simple cocktails.

1 ¼ parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1 ¼ part Sherry
¾ part apricot liquor
¼ part allspice dram

Serve in an old-fashioned glass over an ice ball, garnish with an orange zest

Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum is a Caribbean Rum blended with 100% natural spices and flavors.

8 parts Toasted Hazelnut-Infused Drambuie
4 parts Glenfiddich 12 yr
1½ parts Cardamaro
4 parts Pomegranate Syrup
4 parts Fresh Lemon
8 Dashes Angostura Bitters
16 parts Club Soda
20 parts Brut Sparkling Wine
Garnish with Lemons wheels and 1inch Rosemary Sprigs
Serve in Punch Cup

In a punch bowl add all ingredients and slowly stir with large ice block. Add garnishes and serve well chilled.

Toasted Hazelnut-Infused Drambuie- Toast nuts over medium heat until browned and you can easily smell toasted aroma. For every 1 part of Drambuie add ½ part of toasted nuts. Let infuse in airtight container for 24 hours. Strain and reserve for use.

Drambuie is made from a delightful combination of scotch whisky, heather honey, herbs and spices.

1 ½ parts Hudson Single Malt
1 part apple cider
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
Ginger beer to top

Build cocktail over ice in a tall Collins glass. Stir to combine. Garnish with thin apple slice and dusting of grated nutmeg.

1½ parts Monkey Shoulder
1 part Sweet Vermouth
1 part Campari

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add cold dry ice and stir. Once Dilution is reached, strain into glass.

Ancho Old Fashioned

1 part Milagro Silver Tequila
1 part Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur
¼ part Rich simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
Garnish with 1 orange and 1 lemon twist

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with one large ice block. Cut long swatches of orange and lemon peels with a vegetable peeler. Twist both over the drink, rub along the rim of the glass and roll together into a rosette to use as garnish.

1 part Montelobos Mezcal
¾ part dry sherry
¾ part jasmine tea infused Dolin blanc
½ part St Germain liquor
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a nick & nora or martini glass, garnish with a dried flower

Monkey Shoulder, the mischievous malt whisky, is made for mixing in great cocktails like Show Me The Monkey.
