Stephanie Sanders — corporate mixologist for the hotel’s NINETHIRTY and The Backyard restaurants — has created some delicious new cocktails for fall, including the “Sweet Heat,” “Berry Caliente,” “Pear-ed Kiss,” “HONEY B’s,” and “Caprese Diamante.” These are now offered at NINETHIRTY, inside the hotel.

THE ICE BAR, part of the hotel’s signature ice rink experience, “CHILL”, which opens November 18, has their own signature cocktails as well! Be sure to try the “Sugar & Spice + Everything Nice,” “BackYard Secret Nog,” and the “Warm & Fuzzy.”
