It’s officially Spritz season!
The Confidante Miami Beach, a playful oceanfront oasis located between the hustle of South Beach and the bustle of Miami’s hip art districts, is flourishing with a new Summer Spritz selection, which is now available at the hotel’s restaurant, Bird & Bone and outdoor space, The Backyard, throughout the summer.
This refreshed menu invites guests to cool down in the summer heat by adding hand-crafted cocktails with catchy names including Ginger Fizz, Cool As A Cucumber, It’s All Peachy, Strawberry Spritz andCitrus Sipper.

GINGER FIZZ ($12)
2oz. Lillet
3oz. prosecco
Splash of Ginger Beer
Thin slice ginger root
Method: Put Ice in Wine Glass. Add the Lillet, Prosecco and Splash of Ginger Beer. Stir with a stirrer/spoon. Cut a slit of ginger root then garnish on the rim of the glass.

COOL AS A CUCUMBER ($14)
1.5oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint
3oz. Sprite
.75 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Slice of cucumber
Branch of mint
Method: Pour Ketel One, St. Germain Liqueur, and Sprite in glass of ice, Slice a small slit in Cucumber. Add Cucumber and mint branch as garnish.

IT’S ALL PEACHY ($14)
1.5 Oz Ketel One Botanical Peach and Orange Blossom
¾ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
3 oz. Prosecco
Method: Put Ketel One, Simple Syrup, 2 dashes of Orange Bitters in Shaker. Cover with a glass, make sure it is secure in shaker. Shake well. Remove glass. Pour in chilled glass. Add Prosecco.

STRAWBERRY SPRITZ ($14)
2 oz Tito’s Vodka
1 oz strawberry puree
.75 oz lime juice
Mint
Soda
Midori
Method: Fill Shaker cup with ice, mint, vodka, strawberry puree, lime juice, and Midori. Shake. Pour Into Wine Glass with ice. Top with Soda.

CITRUS SIPPER ($15)
1.5oz. Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
3oz. Soda
.75 oz Domaine De Canton Liqueur
3oz. Sparkling Rose
Slice of grapefruit garnish
Method: Pour Ketel One, Domain de Canton, and top with sparkling rose in glass of ice. Slice a small slit in grapefruit. Add Grapefruit slice on glass rim as garnish.
