Drambuie Orleans

1 part Drambuie
1 part Cognaic (or rye whisky)
5 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Rinse glass with Absinthe
Garnish with lemon twist

Stir first three ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain over a large rock of ice into the rinsed glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

¾ part Milagro Tequila
¾ part Pink Grapefruit
¾ part Strong Brewed Coffee

Build into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist
