Join Ryan Hooks, Bartender at Saint Felix in Hollywood and Tipsy Contributor, as he mixes up one of South Beach’s favorite cocktail, The Mojito, with a very simple at-home recipe.

What you’ll need:
1 Lime wheel (3 wedges)
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
8 mint leave
2 1/2 oz White Rum
Pint Glass
Top with Soda and garnish with mint and lime
