Pura Vida’s extensive catering menu includes the Avocado Smash ($55) platter featuring 16 toasts topped with radish, cucumber and micro cilantro atop toasted sourdough ; a Hummus Pita & Veggies ($50) platter showcasing hummus, olive oil za’atar & micro cilantro, alongside whole wheat pita, cucumber, carrot, and celery; an Empanada Assortment ($95) platter featuring 25 empanadas filled with either chicken, beef or spinach & cheese; a Signature Wraps ($120) platter with an assortment of 16 Pura Vida wraps available in a variety of proteins including Pesto Tuna, Sobe Salmon, and Kale Chicken Caesar; and a Tuna Sprout Sandwich ($120) platter complete with 16 sandwiches featuring a wild ahi tuna salad made with chopped veggies, mustard aioli, and extra virgin olive oil served on toasted multigrain sourdough with arugula, sliced tomato, alfalfa sprouts with a side of vegan and gluten free green tahini . Also available for purchase are four Family Style Salad ($80-$90) options featuring a selection of Pura Vida standout favorites and Mini Bowls ($95) platter with 16 bowls available in Spicy Tuna, Mango Salmon, Summer Chicken and Vegan Lentil. Drink offerings include a selection of cold pressed juices, wellness shots, cold brew coffee, and organic kombucha.
