SHAMROCK FIZZ
1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
8-10 Cilantro Leaves
3 Cucumber Slices
Top off with Club Soda
Combine all ingredients, except club soda into tin shaker. Muddle fruit/herbs. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with club soda, and garnish with cucumber slice with edible gold dusted cilantro leaf through center.

SPARKLING RASPBERRY ROSÉ
1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
4 Raspberries
2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
Top off with Sparkling Brut Rosé
Garnish with 2-3 Edible Flowers (Assorted Colors)
Combine all ingredients except brut rosé into tin shaker. Muddle raspberries. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into coupe glass. Top off with sparkling brut rosé and garnish.

CASA GINGER MINT PALOMA
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Ginger Syrup by Liquid Alchemist
8–10 Mint Leaves
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle mint, add ice, shake vigorously, then fine strain into collins glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with grapefruit wheel and mint sprig.
