Spring has arrived! No better way to cheers to the longer, warmer days than with some refreshing and bright spring sips! To help put a spring in your step (and glass!) top mixologists Suzy Tweten (@spiritedshaker), Jes Gutierrez-Switaj (@the.sauceress), Tomas Delos Reyes (@tomasmoves), and Peter Ruppert (@peterruppert) have mixed up some perfect cocktails that are as delicious as they are easy to make.
Whether you’re a tequila drinker or prefer to sip rum, these cocktails are the perfect accompaniment for a beautiful sunny day. From the strawberry infused Dancing Lady to the island sweetness of the Avalon Awakens, these cocktails set the tone for spring with fresh, bold, yet light flavors.

Down The Rabbit Hole
Mixologist: Suzy Tweten – @spiritedshaker
1 1/2 oz El Bandido Yankee Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
1 oz Carrot Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Dash of smoked cinnamon bitters
Egg White
Reverse dry shake; double strain into glass. Garnish with {baby carrot/flower, carrot top/flower}

Dancing Lady
Mixologist: Jes Gutierrez-Switaj – @the.sauceress
1.5 oz Strawberry Infused El Bandido Yankee Blanco Tequila
2 oz Rosé Prosecco
2 oz Blood Orange Juice
0.5 oz Rose Cordial
Combine tequila, blood orange juice, and rose cordial in a mixing glass with ice. Stir quickly to chill then strain into a coupe glass. Too off with chilled rosé Prosecco. Garnish with blood orange slice.
For infused tequila:
Chop up enough fresh strawberries to loosely fill a 16 oz jar. Then fill the jar to the top with blanco tequila. Allow to infuse for anywhere from 4 to 24 hours. Then strain out liquid, pour back in the jar, and eat or discard your strawberries.

Don Papagrante
Mixologist: Peter Ruppert – @peterruppert
1.5 oz Don Papa Rum
1 oz Grenadine (made from equal parts pomegranate juice and raw sugar)
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Maraschino
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with a small amount of ice.

Diablo en la Pista de Baile
Mixologist: Tomas Delos Reyes – @tomasmoves
1 1/2oz Don Papa Rum
1/2oz Reposado tequila
3/4oz Guava juice
1 thin disc of Serrano Chili
1/2oz Lime
1/2oz Agave.
Method: Muddle chili disc in shaker. Pour in Don Papa, tequila,
guava juice, lime and agave. Add ice and shake.
Strain into rocks glass w fresh ice. Garnish w lime wheel.

Avalon Awakens
Mixologist: Tomas Delos Reyes – @tomasmoves
2 oz Don Papa 7
10 oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Velvet Falernum
½ oz Ube Syrup
In a cocktail shaker, add Don Papa Rum, pineapple juice,
lime juice, velvet falernum, Ube syrup* and fill with ice
Shake and strain into high ball glass over ice
Garnish with a Pineapple wedge and straw
