Celebrate National Cocktail Day with OMNI Hotels & Resorts’ Craft Cocktail Menu; Flavor Origins

On National Cocktail Day on March 24th, we celebrate the unique concoctions that remind us of good times. Omni Hotels & Resorts’ craft cocktail menu, Flavor Origins, is the ideal way to celebrate National Cocktail Day.

Omni’s Flavor Origins cocktail program features a selection of craft cocktails organized according to three flavor origins: fruit, botanical, and earth. The cocktail menu has a non-traditional format, which features a flavor chart, encouraging guests to explore new flavors. The flavor chart maps out Omni’s 24 craft cocktails from light & refreshing to strong & aromatic on one axis and from comforting to adventurous on the other axis, so everyone from novice drinkers to seasoned pros can find their perfect sip for spring.

1.      Dry Cranberry Spritzer

Flavor Profile: Fruit

Style: Light & Refreshing + Comforting

Dry Cranberry Spritzer

This light and refreshing spritz pays homage to the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail–  all the glamour and sophistication of decades past, but with an added non-alcoholic twist that caters to the health and wellness mindset of today. The Dry Cranberry Spritzer substitutes the Cosmo’s traditional vodka or gin for a healthier substitute: Seedlip Grove 42, a calorie-free, sugar-free citrus blend of Mediterranean orange, lemon peel, lemongrass and ginger with a dry finish. Sporting a pastel pink hue and a light, refreshing flavor, this dry, fruity spritz is the perfect Spring beverage.

2.      Yellow Jacket

Ingredients: Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Orange Bitters, Orange Peel

Yellow Jacket

Enjoy a soft, lavish flavor profile comprised of Don Julio Reposado Tequila complemented by the sweet and spicy notes of Yellow Chartreuse. The delicate St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, made with fresh ephemeral elderflowers handpicked each year, gives this cocktail an elusive, floral essence—the perfect ode to springtime. Sip this chilled martini cocktail at Easter or Mother’s Day brunch as you take in the sunshine and watch the flowers bloom.

3.      Old Cuban
