Following its highly-anticipated opening in July 2021, Hard Rock Hotel Madrid has now unveiled a new dining experience — the ‘Green Room’, a private dining space that offers a nine-course Chef’s table experience, fit to cater both international guests as well as local Madrileños. This immersive culinary experience is led by Executive Chef Juan Perez, who tells a story of his life and motivation to become the chef he is today.

Gastronomic nine-course tasting menu for a maximum of six guests
Menu is presented in three acts; The Forest, Madrid, and The Sea. Each act is paired with wines and cocktails as well as a curated soundtrack that takes guests on a multi-sensory journey.
