West Hollywood, CA, March 24, 2021 – The Roof at The West Hollywood EDITION has reopened and is welcoming guests for dinner. Under the direction of California-native, Chef John Fraser, The Roof is open from 4pm until 10pm daily. Adhering to local, state and CDC guidelines, seating capacity is limited and reservations are required.
Food at The Roof presents Fraser’s interpretation of Southern California Mexican cuisine, featuring a selection of antojitos, empanadas, tacos and a raw bar including:
Hamachi Aguachile – Serrano Vinaigrette, Castelvetrano Olive, California Citrus, Mint
Broken Mushroom Tostada – Cashew Mole, Pickled Shimeji, Herb Salad, Citrus Flowers
Lomo Saltado – Beef Tenderloin, Peruvian Green Sauce, Cherry Tomato, Potatoes
The Roof’s beverage program offers Latin and tropical-inspired drinks with Southern California flair. An extensive list of mezcals and tequilas are met with fresh, vibrant, and colorful citruses. Meanwhile a substantial list of wines, spirits is available alongside teas by Steven Smith.

By day, The Roof soaks up the sun with panoramic views, sitting flush atop a terraced deck adorned with wooden bench seating, mature trees and terra cotta potted plants. When the sun sets, guests of The Roof can drink, dine and relax at tables beside the beautifully landscaped pool.
The Roof at The West Hollywood EDITION offers distinct panoramic vistas that stretch from the ocean of Santa Monica to the skyscrapers of downtown Los Angeles. It is one of the few buildings that provides both enchanting views of the Hollywood Hills to the north, and the city lights to the south, making it a must-see during the day and night.
