It’s March, and that means St. Patrick’s Day (3/17) is right around the corner! The iconic Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey is upping the ante on celebrating this year.
As part of the return of their O’Everyone campaign, that invites all to become Irish for the day, Tullamore D.E.W. is welcoming Jamesons into the Tullamore D.E.W. family as an even bigger gesture of solidarity this year. To kick things off, Tully is headed to California, the state that boasts more Jamesons per capita than anywhere in the U.S.
Tully is challenging one resident to legally change their name from “Jameson” to “Tullamore” and join the Tullamore D.E.W. family. Tully will match this by treating the newest member of the Tullamore Family to a once in a lifetime St. Patrick’s Day experience this March 17th.
The lucky new Tullamore and three of their closest friends will be invited to spend St. Patrick’s Day in the world’s most exclusive and socially distant Irish Pub, built just for them, in the scenic plains of the Mojave Desert.
The contest is open until Tuesday, March 9th.

TULLAMORE D.E.W. IRISH COFFEE

1 ½ parts Tullamore D.E.W. Original
1 ½ parts strongly brewed coffee (Recommended: any premium dark roast)
½ part sugar (Recommended: Demerara Sugar)
Lightly whipped heavy cream
Cinnamon or nutmeg
Method: Preheat a clear-stemmed glass with very hot water. Add the sugar and brewed coffee and stir well. Once sugar has melted, stir in the Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey. Gently whip the heavy cream by shaking it in a protein shaker with a blender ball – you want a still somewhat loose, not stiff consistency. Pour the cream over the back of a hot teaspoon to top the drink (and prevent cream from penetrating the top of the drink). Finally, garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon for spicy finish.

ICED IRISH COFFEE

¾ part Irish Cream (like Kerrygold or Baileys)
1 part Espresso
¼ part Simple Syrup
Method: Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a rocks glass and add fresh ice, garnish with mint leaf.

20½ parts Cold Brew Coffee
2 parts Simple Syrup
Method: Add nitro charger and shake before pouring.

2 parts Reyka Vodka
.5 part Dolin blanc
1 part cucumber juice
.25 part lime juice
.25 part wasabi simple syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Shake, strain, garnish and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and orchid. Wasabi simple syrup is created with 1part wasabi powder by volume to 8 parts of simple syrup.

.5 part Passou passion fruit liqour
.5 part Blue Curacao
1.5 parts Kiwi Perfect Puree
.5 part fresh lemon juice
.5 part simple syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, double strain, and serve in rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

1.5 parts Hendrick’s Gin
8-12 Torn Mint Leaves
1 parts Cucumber Juice
0.5 parts Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 parts Aloe Vera Juice
1 parts Soda Water
Method: Add Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber and lemon juice along with mint into a glass and gently muddle until a pulpy consistency. Add plenty of cracked ice and churn. Add aloe vera juice, soda and stir. Add more crushed ice, building into a stack.

4 parts Dole® Pineapple Juice (Tinned)
10 mint leaves
10 cilantro leaves
1 small jalapeño slice
Method: In four shooter glasses, pour Milagro Reposado neat. Blend all other ingredients together. Strain and pour into four separate shooter glasses.
