TEPA HIGHBALL

1½ parts Milagro Silver
2 parts Tepache
¼ part Agave Nectar
¼ part Yuzu Juice
Topo Chico
Build in a highball or Collins glass and top with three “spears” arranged to look like an agave plant.

FIESTA DE LOBOS

2 parts Montelobos Espadín
½ part Cinnamon Syrup
¾ part fresh Lime Juice
1 part Prickly Pear (Tuna Roja) Puree
½ barspoon Black Chia Seeds
Combine all ingredients and shake well. Serve over ice cubes in a rocks glass. Top with black chia seeds.

CENIZAS QUEDAN

1¼ parts Montelobos Espadín
¾ part Ancho Reyes
½ part Cinnamon Syrup
½ part fresh Lime Juice
1 part Jicama Juice
Combine all ingredients and shake well. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with cinnamon dusted jicama slice.
