Sealed with a Loving Sip!

So, the holidays are officially well and truly gone, walking to work every day feels like you are reenacting Leo’s famous scene in the Revenant and the next notable occasion is Valentine’s Day (February 14^th).

Whether you are proudly celebrating or shrugging it off and pretending your single-self simply doesn’t care – we have some charming cocktails to put that extra spring in your significant others step, or at least allow you to have fun and forget all about the fact that the cat is home alone.

THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY

1 oz. Templeton Rye Whiskey

3 oz. Stella Rosa Rosé

1 tsp. Rose Syrup

1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

1 Grape fruit slice

Directions:

In a shaker with ice, combine whiskey, Stella Rosa Rosé and grapefruit juice.

Strain into a glass of ice.

Garnish with grapefruit slice.

CALL ME, HONEY

2 oz Deep Eddy Original Vodka

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz honey syrup (2 parts honey to 1 part boiling water)

1 oz orange juice

Green cardamom pod

Lemon wheel and cinnamon for garnish

Directions:

Muddle cardamom pod in a shaker tin and add remaining ingredients

Add two cubes of ice and shake.

Strain with fine mesh strainer into chilled rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with lemon wheel and dust with cinnamon.

ROSA ROSEMARY GIN & TONIC

Recipe:
2 oz MALFY Rosa (Sicilian grapefruit gin)
3 oz Tonic water
Rosemary garnish

Directions:

·       Mix MALFY Rosa with tonic water in ice-filled goblet.

·       Garnish with a fresh wedge of (Sicilian) grapefruit and sprig of rosemary.

CHOCOLATE SUNDAE

50ml Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur

10ml Drambuie

10ml Vanilla Syrup

Ice cream spoon of dark chocolate

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender

Blend together until smooth

Pour into a martini glass

Garnish with a wafer and a cheeky cherry

PAIR OF THIEVES

1 oz. Crystal Head Vodka

1⁄2 oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1⁄4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

1 oz. fresh pear juice

1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

Directions:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously then pour into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
