Sailor Jerry Rum Runner

2 parts Sailor Jerry
1 part orange juice
1 part pineapple juice
1 part Blackberry Liqueur
Method:
Combine and shake. Pour over crushed ice and add a splash of grenadine

Cantaloupe Colada

1.5 parts Sailor Jerry
3 small chunks of cantaloupe
3 small chunks of pineapple
.5 parts lemon juice
.75 parts coco Lopez
Method:
Add all ingredients in a blender and pour into hulled Cantaloupe.
Garnish – Cantaloupe slices, seasonal berries, and thing that makes your happy, that is of course the essence of tiki.

Agua Colada

2 parts Flor de Caña 7 Year
1 part coconut water
.75 part pineapple juice
.5 part fresh squeezed orange juice
.5 part fresh lime juice
.5 part simple syrup
Method:
Pour all ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Stir briskly until well chilled. Top with grated nutmeg, garnish with a slice of pineapple.

2 parts Flor de Caña 7 Year
1 part guava juice
.5 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
.15 part Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
.15 part simple syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Method:
Shake all of the ingredients and strain over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with thin orange slices.
