This year, ditch the store-bought cartons of eggnog and escape to Refinery Rooftop (63 W 38th) for their limited edition Frozen Eggnog.
It’s the perfect creamy blend of sweetness, spice and a well-deserved rum kick that’s sure to warm the heart; plus, it’s part of their I Give A Sip campaign, which means all proceeds from each drink purchased will be donated to the B+ Foundation (Pediatric Cancer Research & Awareness).
Should you be out of the area, you can recreate the delight at home with the original recipe from In Good Company Hospitality’s Cocktail Curator, Will Benedetto.
Cheers!

Refinery Rooftop’s Frozen Eggnog
2 large eggs
3 oz granulated sugar
½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
6 oz whole milk
4 oz heavy cream
3 oz Pyrat XO Rum
Method:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs (or blend them in a blender) until smooth and creamy. Next, stir in granulated sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk, cream, and rum. Be sure to combine the ingredients very slowly while you stir. Pour into a glass of your choice and enjoy! For best results, let the eggnog chill overnight before serving. Serves 1-2.
