1 1/2 oz Plantation dark Rum
1 1/2 oz chai
2 oz almond milk
1/2 lemon juice (keep lemon peel)
.5 simple syrup
cinnamon stick
ice
Preferred Glass – glass mug or tin cup
Combine ingredients and shake, pour over piled ice in a chilled mug and garnish with cinnamon, a lemon twist, and an extra splash of rum.

1 oz. Jack Daniel’s Fire
1 oz. Rumchata Liqueur
2 oz. rice milk
star anise
cinnamon stick
cinnamon (ground)
Preferred Glass – tall glass
Combine ingredients and shake, pour into glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and star anise.

1.5 spring 44 gin
.5 rosemary syrup
1 oz pomegranate juice Dash of club soda
pomegranate seeds
fresh rosemary sprigs
Preferred Glass – martini glass
Combine ingredients and shake vigorously, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
