A Franco-Japanese sake blended by Régis Camus, cellar master at French champagne house Piper-Heidsieck, in partnership with Dassai, the Japanese brewery that operates all year round in the Yamaguchi Prefecture mountains on Honshu Island. The blend’s fragrance is a composition of lily, iris, lilac, hyacinth and jasmine as well as herbal notes, while the taste is suave and fruity like early summer pears and wild red berries.
