1 1⁄4 oz. Crystal Head Aurora
3 oz. ginger beer
1 tsp. simple syrup
In a copper mug filled with ice, add Crystal Head, simple syrup and a splash of lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime slice.
RED RIVER PUNCH
1.5 oz. Koskenkorva Vodka
0.5 oz. Lemon juice
0.5 oz. Sugar Syrup
4 pieces raspberry
Egg white (optional)
Muddle raspberries in a shaker with liquids and add egg white. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain in a wine glass.
BLUEBERRY LAVENDER MOJITO
2 oz. Koskenkorva Vodka
.75 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
.75 oz. Lavender simple syrup
2 oz. Club soda
10 Mint leaves
Add berries, mint and all ingredients EXCEPT club soda to tin. Shake long and hard, then add club soda to tin. Pour into high ball glass and garnish with mint sprig.
2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. Bénédictine
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir gently. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
1 1⁄2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1⁄2 oz. Caffè Borghetti
1 freshly brewed espresso shot
Chocolate shavings or coffee beans
Pour Crystal Head, coffee liqueur and espresso into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to create froth then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or finely crushed coffee beans.
