CORE Organic partnered with one of social media’s hottest bartenders – the Phoenix-based Elliott Clark of @apartmentbartender – to craft healthy cocktails created with the brand’s line of fruit-infused beverages.

Blueberry Coconut CORE Mojito

2 oz light rum
1.5 oz Tropical Coconut CORE Organic
1/2 oz lime juice
3-5 mint leaves
6-8 blueberries
Soda water
Garnish: speared blueberries, mint sprigs
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except soda water. Gently muddle the ingredients. Add ice and shake to chill the cocktail. Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into a highball glass over fresh ice (the fine mesh strainer catches the mint and blueberries solids). Top with soda water and garnish with speared blueberries and mint sprigs.

CORE Watermelon Sipper

2 oz Reposado Tequila (or mezcal)
1 oz Watermelon Lemonade CORE Organic
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a lemon peel twist.

Bourbon CORE Peach Mango Cooler

2 oz Bourbon
3 oz CORE Organic Peach Mango
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish: mint sprigs
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass over ice, and garnish with a couple sprigs of mint.
