Brockmans Berry Fresh: A refreshing cocktail complimenting Brockmans’ berry-forward botanical blend, perfectly transitioning to cooler September weather.
· 2 oz. Brockmans Gin
· 1 oz. Lejay Lagoute Triple Sec
· 0.75 oz. Lemon juice
· 1 oz. Cranberry juice
· 1 bar spoon of allspice dram
Shake all ingredients together in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; strain into a tumbler of crushed ice layered with frozen winter berries then top with a little more crushed ice. Garnish with a few more frozen winter berries.

Brockmans Berry Tea: Tap into Brockmans’ British roots with chilled fruit tea, elderflower and red berries.
· 2 oz Brockmans Gin
· 1 oz Elderflower Cordial
· 1 1/4 oz Red Berry Puree
· 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
· Chilled Red Berry Tea
Shake all ingredients except the tea with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with tea and stir. Garnish with crushed ice, a long thin slice of cucumber, a blackberry and a small sprig of mint.

Brockmans Herbal Sour: Add a little sophistication to final summer evenings with bright lemon acidity and spicy ginger.
· 2 oz Brockmans Gin
· 1 oz Lemon Juice
· 1/2 oz Gomme
· White of one egg
· Fresh Ginger
· Fresh Tarragon Sprigs
Muddle a large sprig of Tarragon and 3-4 slices of fresh ginger in a shaker. Add all the other ingredients. Dry Shake. Wet shake with large ice cubes. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of Tarragon.

· 2 oz Brockmans Gin
· 1 oz Premium Tonic
· Peel of pink grapefruit
· A few fresh blueberries
Fill your glass with big ice cubes. Add a double measure of Brockmans Gin. Gently pour the tonic on a swizzle spoon to keep the fizz. Twist the pink grapefruit peel before watching it sink into your drink. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries.

· 1 ¾ oz Brockmans Gin
· ½ oz Blueberry Liqueur
· ½ oz Lemon Juice
· 2 oz Blueberry Puree
· Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer with ice. Strain into a tall Collins glass that has been filled with a few dry ice pellets, topped with ice cubes. Pour ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig and cocktail stick with 3 blueberries.
