Mint Tea
Created by Seth Allen, Cannibal NYC
2 parts Maker’s Mark 46
¾ part house Vanilla Syrup
1 part fresh lemon juice
2 part Iced Tea
Torn Mint
In a shaker, add all ingredients, add crushed ice, and shake vigorously. Pour entire contents into Mason jar.

Blueberry 46
2 parts Maker’s 46™ Bourbon
1 part St-Germain
10 Fresh Blueberries
Muddle the St.-Germain and blueberries together in a glass. Add ice and the Maker’s 46™. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Makerita
1 part Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
1 part JDK & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur
¾ parts light agave nectar
Fill tall glass with all ingredients. Shake and strain over ice in highball glass. Salted rim is optional.

Blood Orange Old Fashioned
2 parts Maker’s Mark® Cask Strength
½ part Simple Syrup
Bar spoon of Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel
Muddle orange peel and bourbon in old fashioned glass. Add sugar, ice and bitters. Stir & Enjoy.

Family Meal

1 ½ parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
¼ part Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate (Chef Newman uses Harden coffee, which is house roasted 15 miles from restaurant)
Mexican Coke, as needed
Lemon Peel, for garnish
Build coffee and Maker’s Mark® Bourbon in a rocks or highball glass. Add ice and stir gently. Top with Mexican cola and finish with oil from a strip of lemon peel.
