Blue Ice Vodka’s “Blue Grapefruit Cosmo”
2 oz Blue Ice Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
1 tablespoon Grenadine
0.5 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Combine Blue Ice Vodka, Blue Curacao, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Stir to combine and to prevent cloudiness. Strain into chilled martini glass. Add tablespoon of grenadine.

4 oz Ginger Beer
1 1/2 oz Blue Ice Vodka
1/6 oz Lime juice
Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.

5 oz grapefruit juice
Combine vodka and grapefruit juice in a highball glass. Add Ice and stir well.

Put crushed ice into your blender.

1⁄2 oz Strawberry Schnapps
1 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Strawberries
Ice
Pour the strawberry schnapps, vodka, lime juice, sugar, and strawberries into the
blender and blend on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into the cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
