Independence Day
1 Liter Casamigos Blanco
17 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
17 Strawberries (not including strawberries for garnish)
17 Whole Blackberries (not including blackberries for garnish)
10 oz. Sugarcane Syrup (Simple Syrup)
Method: Peel and slice kiwis into cubes, blend strawberries and kiwis until liquefied. Strain into punch bowl. Add other ingredients and stir in 3-4 medium scoops of block ice and cool. Garnish with blackberries and thin strawberry slices. Stir before each serving.

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco
4 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
Grenadine drizzle
Method: Combine Casamigos Blanco and lemon-lime soda into collins glass and add regular ice. Top off with a dome of crushed ice drizzled with grenadine over top. Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry.

Casamigos Spicy Cucumber Cilantro Popsicle
(Makes 12 Popsicles)
5 oz. Casamigos Blanco
14 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
8 oz. Sugarcane Syrup (Simple Syrup)
18 Cucumber Slices + 24 for later
16-24 Serrano Slices (peppers vary in spice, add as desired)
Medium Handful of Cilantro
Method: Combine all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth. Fine strain contents into pouring vessel, then fill 12 popsicle molds. Leave a little room towards top to avoid overflow and make sure to let the froth settle down before covering. Add 2 whole cucumber slices to each popsicle, pushing down fruit with popsicle stick. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight. Once ready, pour warm water over mold and popsicle will come right out. To serve, place in a cup of crushed ice to keep cold or add to a Casamigos Margarita for double the flavor.

Casamigos Ginger Blackberry Thyme Popsicle
(Makes 12 Popsicles)
5 oz. Casamigos Reposado
14 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
5 oz. Ginger Syrup by Elixir G
4 oz. Sugarcane Syrup (Simple Syrup)
18 Blackberries
24 Dried Thyme Sprigs
Method: Combine all ingredients into blender, except dried thyme, and blend until smooth. Fine strain contents into pouring vessel, then fill 12 popsicle molds. Be sure to leave a little room towards top so when you put on the top, the liquid doesn’t overflow plus let the froth settle down before covering. Add 2 dried thyme sprigs to each popsicle, pushing down herbs with popsicle stick. Freeze overnight (6-hour minimum).
Once ready, pour warm water over mold and popsicle will come right out. To serve, place in a cup of crushed ice to keep cold or add to a Casamigos Margarita for double the flavor.

Casamigos Watermelon Mint Popsicle
(Makes 12 Popsicles)
5 oz. Casamigos Blanco
14 oz. Fresh Watermelon Juice
7 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz. Sugarcane Syrup (Simple Syrup)
Medium Handful of Mint + 6 Mint Sprigs for later
Method: Combine all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth. Fine strain contents into pouring vessel, then fill 12 popsicle molds. Leave a little room towards top to avoid overflow and make sure to let the froth settle down before covering. Add 4-6 mint leaves to each popsicle, pushing down herbs with popsicle stick. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours, preferably overnight. Once ready, pour warm water over mold and popsicle will come right out. To serve, place in a cup of crushed ice to keep cold or add to a Casamigos Margarita for double the flavor.

Blackberry Ginger Smash
2 oz. Casamigos Blanco
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Sugarcane Syrup
.5 oz. Elixir G Ginger Syrup
4 Blackberries
Method: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker, muddle blackberries and add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with 2 blackberries and candied ginger through skewer with thyme sprig.
