Property Chef Mixologist, Mariena Mercer, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has crafted a seasonally-themed pool cocktail menu featuring an array of brand new summer inspired sips to enjoy at the Boulevard Pool, high above the strip.

This season, locals and visitors alike can relax and toast to summer poolside with gorgeous and delicious libations such as the Throwback Thursday – a perfect blend of Champagne & Popsicles; Squad Goals – a specialty Mai Tai made of Mt. Gay Rum, Lime, Almond, and Pavan Orange Blossom liqueur; Summertime Fine – a delicious blend of Grey Goose Melon Vodka, Amaro Montenegro, Pineapple, Fig Jam & Cardamom Chardonnay Reduction, and many more.
