Reyka 5:1 Martini
2 ½ parts Reyka vodka
½ part Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange bitter (Optional)
Reyka Vodka is an Icelandic born vodka and provides a smooth and crisp base for both complex and simple cocktails.

Drambuie’s Heathered Honey Brush Iced Tea
1 ½ parts Drambuie
2 parts Numi Honeybush tea, (cooled)
2 parts Fresh Pear Juice
Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a speared brandied cherry
Drambuie is made from a delightful combination of scotch whisky, heather honey, herbs and spices.

Ancho Gimlet

1 part Ancho Reyes Verde
1 part Hendricks Gin
1 part Lime
½ part Rich simple syrup 2:1 Sugar:Water
Slice of cucumber
Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake hard to chill and dilute. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail coupe, garnish with a cucumber wheel.

Dances With the Wolves

2 parts Montelobos Mezcal
1 part Lime juice
¾ part Pineapple gum
2 parts Sparkling water
Dehydrated pineapple slice and hoja santa leaf for garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake. Strain over fresh ice cubes in a stemless wineglass. Top with soda. Garnish with pineapple slice and hoja santa leaf

Q Cucumber Apple Mule

3 parts Q Ginger Beer
1 part Milagro Silver Tequila
1 part Cucumber Apple Juice
½ part Fresh lime juice
Mint for Garnish
Blend 3 1” chunks of cucumber and half a green apple in a blender or Vitamix until liquid, then fine strain and discard solids. Add cucumber apple juice, tequila and fresh lime to a shaker tin with ice and shake to combine. Strain over crushed ice into a tall Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber apple and mint.
