5-7 Muddled mandarin segments
4 thai basil leaves
1.5 oz Belvedere
1/2 agave
3/4 lime
Shake, strain over fresh ice
Thai Basil

WET DREAM ($17) at PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown – Grey Goose, Cherry Noir Vodka, White Cranberry, Pineapple, St. Germain
1.5 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka
.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
.75 oz. White Cranberry
.5 oz. St Germain
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Vigorously shake all ingredients in iced cocktail shaker and strain into martini glass
2-3 blueberries

POMEGRANATE RICKEY ($17) at The Rickey at Dream Midtown – Stoli Vodka, Pamma Liquor, GInger Beer, Lime
1.5 oz. Stoli Vodka Vodka
1 oz. Pamma Pomegranate Liqueur
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz agave
Mix all ingredients together
Top with pomegranate seed infused ice cube and lime wedge

1.5 oz Skyy Vodka
1 oz. Pamma Pomegranate Liqueur
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave
Shake and pour over ice in rocks glass
Top with ginger beer and lime wheel
