Red, White and True Martini
3 oz elit Vodka
Garnish of raspberry, blueberry and pearl onion
Method: Pour elit into a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a raspberry, blueberry and pearl onion.

The Resistance
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
4 oz Samuel Adams Rebel Grapefruit IPA
1 dash orange bitters
Method: Build ingredients directly into a highball glass with ice and stir briefly. Garnish with an orange slice.

Liberty Highball
1 oz Gin (American, preferably)
.5 oz Black Tea honey syrup*
Splash of fresh lime juice
Top with Samuel Adams Rebel Grapefruit IPA
* To make black tea honey syrup, brew 1 cup strong black tea. Add 1/2 cup honey and stir until dissolved.
Method: Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with the Rebel Grapefruit IPA and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh sprig of thyme.
