Jim Beam® Apple Mule

o 2 parts Jim Beam® Apple
o 4 mint leaves (1 bundle)
o 1/2 part Apple Cider
o Fill with ginger beer
o Muddle mint leaves with cider. Add bourbon and Ice. Shake. Strain into mule glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Add green apple garnish.

Jim Beam® Bourbon Sour

o 2 parts Jim Beam Black®
o 1 part Lemon Juice
o 0.5 parts Lemon Lime Soda
o 0.50 Teaspoon Sugar
o Lemon wedge and cherry
o Mix Jim Beam® with lemon juice, sugar, and ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into whiskey sour glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry.

o 1.25 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
o 0.75 part DeKuyper® Peachtree® Schnapps Liqueur
o 4 parts Iced Tea
o Lemon Wedge
· Preparation:
o Build ingredients in order listed over ice in a tall highball glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.
