National Bourbon Day: Cocktails from JIM BEAM

With National Bourbon Day around the corner (June 14th), check out some cocktail ideas from Jim Beam that will keep you tipsy all day long!



Jim Beam® Apple Mule

o 2 parts Jim Beam® Apple
o 4 mint leaves (1 bundle)
o 1/2 part Apple Cider
o Fill with ginger beer

o Muddle mint leaves with cider. Add bourbon and Ice. Shake. Strain into mule glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Add green apple garnish.


Jim Beam® Bourbon Sour

o 2 parts Jim Beam Black®
o 1 part Lemon Juice
o 0.5 parts Lemon Lime Soda
o 0.50 Teaspoon Sugar
o Lemon wedge and cherry

o Mix Jim Beam® with lemon juice, sugar, and ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into whiskey sour glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry.

o 1.25 parts Jim Beam Black® Bourbon
o 0.75 part DeKuyper® Peachtree® Schnapps Liqueur
o 4 parts Iced Tea
o Lemon Wedge
· Preparation:
o Build ingredients in order listed over ice in a tall highball glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.
