Pink & Stormy
2 oz. Watermelon juice
1 oz. Gin (or vodka)
1?2 Small lime, juiced
6 oz. Q Ginger Beer
To make watermelon juice place watermelon chunks in a blender and blend well until watermelon is pureed. Strain over fine mesh strainer into container. Save juice, discard pulp.
Combine watermelon juice, vodka, and lime juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, strain into tall glass filled with ice. Top with Q Ginger beer. Gently stir.

Thyme & A Gin
‧ 2 oz. Gin
‧ 6 oz. Q Tonic
‧ Four sprigs of thyme
Add gin to a cocktail shaker. Place three sprigs of thyme in it. Gentle muddle the thyme. Add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled high ball glass and garnish with a lime and sprig of thyme

1oz. Mescal (Del Maguey San Luis Del Rio)
1oz. Ancho Reyes Liqueur
6 oz. Q Ginger Beer
Slice of blood orange
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add mescal and liqueur. Top with Ginger Beer and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
