CASAMIGOS PERFECT MARGARITA

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 oz. Simple syrup
4 Basil leaves
2 Cucumber slices
2 Dashes orange bitters
½ Rim of salt / sugar / orange zest mixture or tajin if has firewater bitters
Garnish with cucumber slice
Optional: 2 Dashes firewater bitters (makes spicy)
Method: Muddle cucumber, basil, lime juice, and simple syrup. Combine all ingredients into iced mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 10 count. Fine strain all contents into a rocks glass.

1 1/2 Part Casamigos Blanco Tequila
3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Part Fresh Orange Juice
1/3 Part Agave Nectar
1/3 Part Orange Liqueur
Method: Combine all ingredients to iced mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 10 count. Pour all contents into a rocks glass with or without salted rim. Garnish with a lime.

1 1/2 Parts Casamigos Blanco Tequila
3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Part Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 Part Agave Nectar
Method: Shake ingredients with ice then strain and serve on the rocks. Garnish with an orange wedge.

1 1/2 Parts Casamigos Blanco Tequila
3/4 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
1/3 Part Orange Liqueur
1/3 Part Simple Syrup
3 Cucumber Wheels
1 Jalapeño Slice
Method: Muddle cucumber, jalapeño, lime juice, and simple syrup. Combine all ingredients to iced mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 10 count. Fine strain all contents into a rocks glass with or without salted rim. Garnish with cucumber and jalapeño slice.

3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1/3 Part Orange Liqueur
1/3 Part Prickly Pear Puree
1/3 Part Agave Nectar
Method: Combine all ingredients to iced mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 10 count. Pour all contents into a rocks glass with or without salted rim. Garnish with lime.

1 1/2 Parts Casamigos Blanco Tequila
3/4 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
1/3 Part Orange Liqueur
1/3 Part Agave Nectar
2 Jalapeño Slices
Method: Muddle jalapeño, lime juice, and agave. Combine all ingredients to iced mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 10 count. Fine strain all contents into a rocks glass with or without salted rim. Garnish with lime and jalapeño slice.

1 1/2 Parts Casamigos Reposado Tequila
3/4 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
4 Parts Muddled Watermelon
1/2 Part Simple Syrup
6-7 Mint Leaves
Method: Muddle mint and watermelon, add remaining ingredients, shake, fine strain over fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig and lime.

1 1/2 Parts Casamigos Blanco Tequila
3/4 Parts Fresh Lime Chunks (Peel Included)
1/2 Part Agave Nectar
4-5 Fresh Honeydew Chunks
Method: Combine ingredients in tin and muddle. Shake and pour all the contents into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint sprig.

CASAMIGOS STRAWBERRY BASIL MARGARITA

1 1/2 Parts Casamigos Reposado Tequila
3 to 4 Strawberries
2 to 3 Sweet Basil Leaves
3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Part Simple Syrup (or a bar spoon of super fine sugar)
Balsamic Vinegar
Method: Shake ingredients with ice then double strain and serve in a Collins glass. Top it with club soda and garnish with basil sprig and dash of balsamic
