New York – Sunday night’s Great Gatsby Party, hosted at the old Bowery Savings Bank turned preeminent event space, Capitale, housed more than 1,500 free-spirited flappers and dapper gents. Guests were transported back to the Roaring Twenties and celebrated the glamourous one night extravaganza influenced by the riveting tale of The Great Gatsby.
Dressed in their finest 1920s attire, partygoers were greeted with a life-size Gatsby-themed photo set upon entry. Once inside, guests indulged in St-Germain French elderflower liqueur cocktails, the signature spirit of the event, and opulent flowing towers of champagne. In between shimmying and shaking to the toe tapping tunes of live jazz music from Dandy Wellington, revelers noshed on bites from decadent buffets filled with petits fours and delicious Parisian macarons.
The event also featured a host of surprises including dance shows, aerial routines, and electro swing by DJ C.M.A. throughout the evening affair.
