Pineapple Fizz

Muddle Pineapple juice or chunks, simple syrup, mint, lime juice, served on the rocks topped w. soda

2 oz VEEV
2 pineapple slices or 1 oz of pineapple juice
4 sprigs of mint
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Top with Soda

Add pineapple and mint to shaker and muddle. Add remainder of ingredients except for soda to shaker with ice and shake. Strain into to rocks glass with fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint or slice of pineapple.

Strawberry Kick
Diced strawberries, lemon wedge, lime wedge, simple syrup, jalapeños muddled, shaken and strained into a martini glass

2 oz VEEV
2 Strawberries
2 Jalapeno slices
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup

Add strawberries and Jalapenos to shaker and muddle. Add remainder of ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Strain into chilled Martini glass and garnish with a strawberry and Jalapeño.
