Get ready for the debut of the highly-anticipated Saturday brunch at TOCA MADERA, starting this Saturday, August 29 from 11am – 4pm.

Indulge in modern organic Mexican cuisine from their regular and vegan menu curated by Chef Raymond Alvarez, including signature brunch dishes like our famous Chipotle Chicken and Churro Waffle, made from their famous churro batter and dipped in cinnamon and sugar with mixed berries served with chantilly crema, honey butter, maple syrup and tangy hot sauce; the Carne Asada & Eggs, which come with cilantro and jalapeño marinated Carne Asada and a fried egg served with cilantro onion, and Diablo salsa; Jefe’s Huevos a la Mexicana consisting of scrambled eggs with fresh jalapeños, tomato and onion served with mojo potatoes, roasted tomato salsa and house made flour tortillas; the Huevos Rancheros, and more.

For the vegans, Toca Madera’s separate vegan brunch menu includes delicious dishes such as the “Chicken” and Churro Waffle with crispy chipotle gardein chicken, Chilaquiles with a choice of cilantro gardein chicken or chipotle dusted tofu, corn chips tossed with avocado tomatillo sauce, soft scrambled chipotle tofu, caramelized onion and mozzarella with cilantro, crema, and pickled onion; or enjoy our play on the breakfast burrito with the Burro, a burrito with cilantro gardein chicken, soft scrambled chipotle tofu, sweet chipotle sauce, vegan crema, vegan mozzarella, black beans and mojo potatoes served with fire roasted tomato salsa.

Pair it with their refreshing signature brunch cocktails including the But First, Coffee made with Vanilla infused el jimador, stumptown cold brew, café lolitta, and cinnamon; Adios Felisha made with Don Julio tequila, cucumber, mint, tajin, seasonal paleta; or the Mexican 69 made with Avion Silver, pomegranate, la pinta, prosecco, and lime.

Toca Madera is open Monday – Sunday from 5pm – 2am for dinner, Saturday and Sunday for brunch from 11am – 4 pm, and Happy Hour weekly from 5pm – 7pm offering $8 specialty cocktails and wine, $4 draft beers as well as an $8 food menu.
