RIVIERA 31 at the Sofitel Los Angeles is hosting “Revealed”, a 30-plus compelling, once in a lifetime photography exhibition featuring images from Picasso, Chagall, Koons, Miró. The collection has been curated by Olivier Widmaier Picasso, grandson of Pablo Picasso, from the collection of French weekly magazine Paris Match. The exhibit has also inspired “Collection d’Art,” (Art Collection) a special menu selection created by Executive Chef Victor Boroda served at Riviera 31 paired alongside craft cocktails. Chef Boroda drew inspiration from the works of the most famous painters in the 20th Century, whose intimacy and daily life are revealed throughout the exhibit. The menus include signature dishes and cocktails whimsically aligned with three of the exhibit’s featured art movements: Cubism, Fauvism, and Surrealism. The three (3) specialty menus and cocktails that will be available at different times during the duration of the exhibit.
