New York – NYLON kicked off New York Fashion Week by teaming up with E!’s “Fashion Police” to present 50 Shades of Fashion in celebration of the theatrical release of Universal Studios “Fifty Shades of Grey.” Located at PHD of the luxurious Dream Downtown in Chelsea, guests kicked off Fashion Week while celebrating fashion moments from this year’s most anticipated movie curated by the cast of Fashion Police. Kathy Griffin, who snuck in the back door to join the celebrations, joined co-host Brad Goreski at the party. Both were dancing along to Skylar Grey’s incredible performance, which had everyone buzzing over her vocals. Cody Simpson came in towards the end of the party and was hanging by the bar with friends, but kept making eye’s at Skylar following her performance. Cody was also seen taking photo’s with Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz– who was sporting his highly recognizable blonde hair. Other celebrities in attendance included Derek Hough who was seen jamming out to The Misshapes, “Orange is the New Black’s” Jackie Cruz and “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” cast members Morgan Stewart and EJ Johnson with sister Elisa Johnson.
