Found on the “Apéritif” (Happy Hour) menu at Riviera 31, the “Baoli” cocktail, made with fresh avocado, offers a unique twist on the traditional cocktails and margaritas served on Cinco de Mayo. Made with cilantro, cumin, lime juice, jalapeño, and agave, this cocktail is a treat to taste and absolutely refreshing.
BAOLI

“rocks”
2 oz patron silver tequila
1 slice avocado
5 leaves cilantro
Pinch cumin
1 slice of jalapeno
1 ½ lime agave
Method: Muddle avocado, cilantro, and cumin, add jalapeno smash twice, add lime agave, add tequila. Shake. Poor over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

Replacing the triple sec and lime juice with Grand-Marnier and blood orange juice, this cocktail is absolutely delicious and is sure to please your taste buds.

2 oz tequila
1 oz grand marnier
3/4 oz lime juice
2 oz blood orange juice
1/2 oz agave syrup
Method: Shake. Poor over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
