
Miami – On Friday, James Beard award-winning mixologist, Jim Meehan, from famed cocktail bar Please Don’t Tell in New York City, made his way down to sunny Miami and teamed up with GREY GOOSE Vodka to create three exclusive cocktails for the evening. Guests at The Broken Shaker had an opportunity to chat with Jim while he mixed up the Boite Bloody Mary, Perfect Pearing and the Parkside Fizz.

Boîte Bloody Mary
4 oz. Tomato Juice
1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
.25 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Lime Juice
.25 oz. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
.5 tsp. Gold’s Horseradish
.5 tsp. Boîte Bloody Mary Spice Blend- WILL BRING
.25 tsp. Cholula Hot Sauce
Build in a mixing glass then fill with ice
Roll then fine strain into a chilled pint glass filled with ice
Garnish with a celery stalk

Perfect Pearing
1.5 oz. Grey Goose La Poire Vodka
.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Benedictine
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with a slice of pear

Parkside Fizz
2 oz. Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Kassatly Chtaura Orgeat- WHAT DO YOU USE?
8 Mint Leaves (plus 1 sprig for garnish)
Muddle mint with orgeat, then addd the rest of the ingredients
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
Top with 1 oz. club soda
Garnish with a mint sprig
