The ‘Herbal Love’
a seductive mix for the approaching holiday

2 parts Milagro Silver
3/4 part lime juice
1/2 part oleo saccharum
1/4 part yuzu
1 dash eucalyptus tincture
2 dashes of cardamom bitters
4 basil leaves and 4 lemon verbena leaves
Garnished with a basil blossom.
Remember, great cocktails start with responsible measuring.

Carpe Dia

2 parts of Milagro® AÑEJO
¾ part Agave Nectar
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
5 Blackberries
2 Sage Leaves
Muddle fruit and herbs in a Boston shaker glass. Add other ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish cocktail with a blackberry and sage sprig.

Oaxaca Chakas

2 parts of Milagro® AÑEJO
¾ parts agave nectar
1 part heavy whipping cream
2 parts milk
1 part oaxacan chocolate powder
freshly whipped cream
On medium heat, combine all ingredients except for the whipped cream, stirring casually until the mixture comes to a boil. Pour heated mixture into a coffee cup and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon

Edinburgh Rose

1 oz (25ml) Hendrick’s Gin
(Note: Hendrick’s is infused with rose petals, adding another rose-centric layer to this one!)
4-6 fresh raspberries
1 oz (25ml) lychee juice
½ oz (15ml) organic raspberry
and rose cordial
champagne
Shake it all with LOVE and
double strain into a flute.
Top up with champagne.
Garnish with a raspberry.

The Birds and the Bees

1 pt Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
.5 pt honey flavored vodka
2 pts plain almond milk
.5 pt fresh lemon juice
.5 pt fresh, organic egg whites*
.25 pt honey syrup (1:1)
1 bar spoon rose water
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: 1 edible** rose petal
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and dry shake to emulsify the egg whites. Add ice and hard shake until frothy and chilled. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with a single, edible rose petal

Rosé et Reims

2 oz. Lillet Rosé 4 oz.
Perrier Jouët Champagne
Brut Grapefruit bitters
Orange twist
Served in a Champagne flute. First, add four dashes of grapefruit bitters to Champagne flute. Add Lillet Rosé, top with Champagne. Garnish with long orange twist.

Glenfiddich Ruby Bean

2 parts Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
2 parts Lillet Rouge
1 part Licor 43
2 parts orange juice
Combine ingredients and shake well.
Strain over fresh ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with a blood orange half-moon and rose bud.

Chandon Rosebud

4 Raspberries
1/3 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Gin
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Rose Water
Directions: Shake Fresh Lemon Juice, Gin, Simple Syrup and Rose Water over ice.
