1 OAK Los Angeles Grand Opening Kick-Off Party with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler

Los Angeles – On Thursday night, The Butter Group kicked off the grand opening weekend of their newest nightclub, 1 OAK LA, with a blowout bash including a surprise performance by Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler. 

Located on the historic “Sunset Strip,” 1 OAK will usher in a new generation of A-list celebrities and performers into the venue that once housed the Key Club, where legendary musicians including The Doors, Van Halen, Guns N’ Roses and Bon Jovi hung out.
