Splash of Pear Brandy

.75 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Dash bitters
Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.
Top with 2 oz. Ginger Beer

Garnish: Berries

4 Dashes Bitters
Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain, sugar the rim

.25 Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Coconut Cream
1 oz. Milk
1 Egg White
1 Dash Cinnamon
1 Dash Nutmeg
1 Dash Allspice
Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Coconut Shavings

.5 oz. Italian Aperitifs
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.

Muddle fruit with Simple Syrup
