Vino California 2013 at Aventine Hollywood Trattoria
Hollywood – On Wednesday night, Aventine Hollywood Trattoria hosted a wine pairing dinner for Vino California 2013. Approximately 60+ diners gathered on the breathtaking outdoor patio for an impressive al fresco dining experience as part of the wine dinner pairing series.
Featuring the culinary stylings of Chef Adolfo Veronese, the menu—created exclusively for Vino California—showcased food and wine pairings that highlight the distinct flavors and varietals of southern Italy.
One of the featured native Italian wines was Statti Greco Calabria IGT 2013. Distilled in Calabria, Italy, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius, and also aged in stainless steel tanks.
Additionally, Aventine mixologist, Nikki Martin, served delicious, fresh, artisanal cocktails for guests throughout the night.
The AMBIANCE at Aventine, mixed with the FRESH tasting dishes, and the native Italian wines, made for the perfect evening. Cheers!
