1.5 oz Voli Lyte

12 blueberries

5 raspberries

4 strawberries

2.5 oz Master of Mixers Sweet and Sour lite

1 oz water

Directions: Muddle blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in a tin

Add Voli, Sweet and Sour, water and shake.

Pour into 2 popsicle containers and freeze.

Total Calories: 97.25 (Approx. 48.6 calories per pop)

3 oz Master of Mixers Sweet and Sour Lite

3 oz Master of Mixers Strawberry Mixer

1 oz Water

Directions: In a mixing tin, add all ingredients, shake and pour into 2 popsicle containers and freeze.

Total Calories: 92.5 (Approx. 46.25 calories per pop)
