KAPPA Red Rose

1 1/2 oz KAPPA Pisco
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
5 raspberries, muddled
Chandon Rosé sparkling wine
Shake first four ingredients, double strain into martini glass or cocktail coupe, and top with Chandon Rosé. Garnish with a lemon twist
