Bon Bon
RECIPE:
.5 oz Chambord
.5 oz Amaretto Di Saronno
.5 oz Frangelico
.25 oz Chocolate Syrup
.5 oz Half & Half
.75 oz Raspberry Puree
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, cover and shake vigorously.
Strain into a port glass and garnish with 3 raspberries.

Cali Wonderland
RECIPE:
1.5 oz Caliche Rum
.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 bar spoon of Maraschino Liqueur
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
1 Lemon Slice for garnish
Rub the rim of a rocks glass with lemon juice and dip into granulated sugar and set aside to dry.
Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass and strain into the crusted glass.
Garnish with the lemon slice.

Spiced Cider
Recipe:
1.5 oz Oakheart Spiced Rum
1 oz Fresh Apple Cider
Splash of sour
Rim glass with cinnamon sugar
Pour ingredients into a shaker over ice.
Shake and pour into a highball glass.

Winter Warmth
Recipe:
2 oz Old Forester Bourbon
.25 oz Pomegranate Molasses
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
Pour a splash of Absinthe in a rocks glass and then pour out (in and out repeatedly) and add ice.
Pour all other ingredients into a shaker into the rocks glasses over ice with the interior of the glasses lined with the Absinthe.
Garnish with a twist.
