Marina del Rey – On October 27th at 12:30p.m., CAFÉ del REY’s Executive Chef Daniel Roberts is leading a 30 minute fish mongering class for cooking enthusiasts, including techniques on whole-fish butchering and tips on how to cure salmon at home.
Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a pre-fixe seaside brunch including dishes ranging from Poached Salmon Salad, Dungeness Crab Cake, and Duck Confit Hash, inclusive of mimosas or sparkling wine
($50 per person for the class and three course brunch – excluding tax and gratuity).
