Celebrate the End of Summer with Ice-Wine Cocktail Recipes from Inniskillin

Check out some innovative summertime ice-wine cocktail recipes from Inniskillin!

Just in time for your end of summer soirée, Labor Day bash or alfresco cocktail party, the Inn & Juice, Inn-uendo and Lady Randolph are all sure to please the crowd.

These three unique cocktails are each a take on a classic, mixed up with two different Inniskillin varietals including the Riesling and Vidal Gold.


Inn & Juice by Inniskillin

Inn & Juice by Inniskillin

2 oz. Inniskillin Riesling Ice Wine

1 oz. Aged Rum

3/4 oz. Pineapple juice

1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a highball or rocks glass. Fill with crushed or cracked ice and top with a float of Angostura Bitters.

*Take on a classic swizzle


Inn-uendo by Inniskillin

Inn-uendo by Inniskillin

2 oz. Inniskillin Riesling Ice Wine

1 oz. Vodka

2 fresh strawberries

Muddle all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain over ice into a highball glass and top off with Tonic Water.

Lady Randolph

Lady Randolph

1 oz. Inniskillin Vidal Gold Ice Wine

2 oz. Cognac or Brandy

2 Dashes of orange bitters

Combine all ingredients with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.

*Take on a Manhattan
